Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read the policy below carefully before placing an order.

1) Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In the original condition

  • Returned with original packaging

  • Free of stains, odors, or damage not caused during shipping

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2) How to Start a Return or Exchange

Before sending any item back, you must contact our support team:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you want to return or exchange

  • The reason for your request

  • Photos (required if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect)

If your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and, when applicable, the return address.

3) Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except when:

    • You received an incorrect item, or

    • The item arrived damaged or defective

  • In those cases, we will cover the return shipping or provide an alternative solution, depending on the situation.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method for returns. We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping if tracking is not used.

4) Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Depending on your bank/payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

5) Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item (e.g., different size or color), please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose:

  • A refund, or

  • An alternative item of equal value

6) Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • If the order has not been processed or shipped, we may be able to cancel it.

  • If the order has already been shipped, you must follow the return process after delivery.

7) Non-Returnable Items (If Applicable)

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Items marked as final sale (if clearly stated at purchase)

  • Gift cards (if you sell them)

If any product is non-returnable, it will be clearly stated on the product page.

8) Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@spedstop.com and include clear photos of:

  • The item

  • The packaging (if relevant)

  • The shipping label (if available)

We will evaluate the case and provide a replacement, exchange, or refund.

9) Currency & Location Notice

Prices, currency, shipping fees, and availability may be automatically displayed based on the customer’s location. Refunds are processed to the original payment method and currency rules of the payment provider may apply.
